Welcome to the ComPM Project Website!


The ComPM team wishes to thank all project managers, experts and trainers who participated in the project activities for their undeniably valuable contribution to the project’s achievements and results.


The project ComPM - Competences Framework for European Project Managers is a two year initiative that started in January 2012, funded by the Lifelong Learning Programme under Leonardo da Vinci action and coordinated by OIC POLAND. The project activities will be implemented throughout 5 different European countries: Belgium, Italy, Poland, Portugal and Slovenia. 

ComPM partners intend to contribute for enhancing efficiency in EU funds management by improving the quality of education of managers of EU projects and upgrading their key competences, as described in the Competence Profile of EU project managers!





ComPM ICT Tool tested by Project Managers!

The ComPM Assessment Tool was developed according to the profile of the EU project managers determined within the ComPM project, to allow the self-assessment of managerial competences. This ICT tool has been tested, in national languages, by over 70 project managers and experts in project management, who considered it a user-friendly and complete tool. ComPM Partners Final Meeting!

The 6th and final project meeting took place in Bruges, on the 23 January and was hosted by Syntra West. At this last meeting, partners discussed the improvements to be made on the ComPM Assessment Tool to assess managerial competences, and also the test phase to be implemented in all partner countries. Moreover, partners focused on the results achieved during the two years of cooperation and on the future plans for the exploitation of the ComPM outcomes.
