Consultation for ICT 4 Ageing Society Strategic Agenda


Objective of the consultation:

With this consultation, the AgeingWell Network aims to collect the opinion from stakeholders operating in the ICT & Ageing Sector regarding the future challenges and the necessary measures/policies to be promoted to leverage the ICT4Ageing market competitiveness, based on the four priorities identified by the network, in 2012, and outlined in this report.

The results of this public consultation will contribute for the definition of an “ICT for Ageing Society Strategic Agenda”, which is planned for December 2014, to be delivered to the European Commission as a public result of the AgeingWell Network.

In this consultation, ICT4Ageing domain is understood as the overall market of ICT solutions addressing the challenges in prevention & screening; care & cure; and active ageing & independent living.


Period of consultation: From 24.09.2014 to 24.10.2014 | New deadline: 31.10.2014

- Industry/ICT solutions providers
- Health Services Providers
- Investors

- Users Organisations
- Clusters/Networks

Contributions are to be made via the online questionnaire (here).

The network would like to ask all contributors to provide their feedback on open questions, whenever possible, preferably in English to enable the AgeingWell Network to process them more swiftly.
